Robinhood rewards

I started at Robinhood on a brand new team, called Rewards, whose charter was to create a 1% stock program for our users. I dove into all the incredible user research and explorations that had been done before me and using that, I pushed back on the team to think more creatively about a round-up program that addresses users’ needs. Ultimately we landed with Round-Up Rewards, where we round-up every transaction a user makes and set it aside for the week. At the end of the week, we match that between 10-100% and invest the sum total in a stock or crypto of their choice. You can read more about this work in this Verge article.

Vision work for Cash Tab

Around the time I joined, new leadership was being put in place and with it came the appetite to take a deep look at the Cash tab and revamp it. I started by looking at our current app and did high level explorations of our existing and future product offerings. Leadership saw this and formalized it into a 2 week sprint, at the end of which we pitched to the executive team. This project was blessed and all of Cash org was set to re-design the tab from ground-up.
